All I hear is blog...blog...blog. I would like to create one for my personal
site and I use Front Page 2003.

There are plenty of blog tools. you'll need to know what kind of server
side scripting you can use so someone can direct you to one they like.

there's a blog package in FrontPage 2003 but it requires sharepoint.

to tell you the truth, unless you want people to comment on your blog posts
you can just make a subweb with FrontPage and use it as a blog. you don't
really need a server solution since you've got a good editor/ publisher
(FrontPage 2003). :)

FWIW I think the blog feature at http://spaces.msn.com is really nice. It's
very cool with the latest toolbar from http://msn.com/toolbar

www.blogger.com is full-featured, and customizable, easy to use, and free.
You can host your blog on their servers, or your own.
