I am saving e-mails into a personal folder in Outlook. I need to copy the
contents of this folder into a separate folder in a directory on the LAN that
will store support for projects I am working on. How can I copy the personal
mail folder in Outlook or its contents into a LAN folder?

While PSTs on network shares are unsupported and can lead to corruption in
those PSTs, click FIle>New>Outlook Data File, browse to the network share,
select a name for your PST (or accept the default), and clck OK. Now, copy
whatever you want from your existing PST to the network-based PST. Don't,
however, expect others to be able to share it, if that's the goal.
