How can I change the size of the tex under an icon?

I changed the icons size of my sistem, but also changed the size of the name
container, I did change the font size for a smaller one, cause if I use a
bigger one, the container change just the vertical size for big name files.
I try to change the register in the
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\CONTROL_PANEL\ICONTITLEWARP... I did changed the value from
1 to 0, to have everything in just one line, but nothing happened.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO FOR:
1.- CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE ICON NAME CONTAINER OR
2.- LET THE FILE NAME IN JUST ONE LINE.
