How can I change the language from French to English once I am in windows update site?

Everytime I try to go to windows update site it goes into French
language automatically, somehow this is my default I had try to change
this but I haven't been able to do so, even if I type the English url
I still end up in the French one.
I had check the regional settings and all is in English, can someone
tell me how to change this please?

In the IE menu bar, select Tools\Internet Options...

Click on "Languages...".

Add "English (United States) [en-us]" to the list if necessary, and see
to it that it is at the top if you have several entries (or just remove
the other entries).
