How can I change the handout (2 slides pp) page number?

I am printing 2 slides per page and need to be able to change the starting
page number to 27. I know how to re-number slides in Page Setup, but need to
be able to physically alter the Handout Master page number not slide number
like in Word where you can start the numbering at a certain number.

Anniekitty,
Why don't you use File - Send to - Microsoft Word - choose an appropriate
layout and hit OK. In Word you can start the numbering of your hand-out
pages at the desired number.
Does that help?

Thanks for your response. I have notes in my presenation that I do not want
sent along with the slides to Word. My options when I send to Word are:
Notes next to slides, Blank Lines next to slides, Notes below slides, Blank
Lines below slides, etc. It doesn't send them in the handout format with the
two slides per page/no notes, format. Is there any other way?

Judy,
When you send your presentation to Word you get a table. Just select the
column with the notes and hit backspace that should leave you with only your
hand-outs. You can format your table afterwards to adjust the row height so
that only two rows appear on a single page. Just select your table, choose
Table - Table properties - Row tab - choose an appropriate height.

The above message works for me. However, when I do file-send to MS Word the slide itself becomes small. How do I convert it to MS Word but retain the same size as I would print from MS Powerpoint?
