How can I add a white border to print on colored paper

On a power point slide, is there a way to add a white border to print on
colored paper as white?

This is not the best place to ask questions about PowerPoint, but then I
guess this question is really more about printers, and the answer would be
the same regardless of what application you were printing from. And the
answer seems to be 'not unless you have a very unusual printer'. Take a look
