How can a person become a C# MVP.. or say a complete MVP?
What are the details:
1. What are the recommended books?
2. How many papers are there?
3. How to go about studying it? Where to do the practicals ?
4. What is the fee structure?
etc. etc.

Where I work certifications only get your foot in the door. The
interview is where is all comes down.
I say if you already have a job and train yourself hard, you are
entitled to a raise. However, don't think you are worthy just because
you know how to declare an event. You have to know what you are doing
and how to apply it intelligently. I personally think I am getting
paid too much for what I do, but I am extremely picky. I feel that
even though I know the C# language inside and out, I don't know more
than a handful of the .NET framework, let alone the bagillion Windows
COM, WIN32, etc. dlls. My only saving grace is that I am willing to
learn, work hard to incorporate design pattens, algorithms and data
structures and that I am so helpful to my peer(s). If you feel like
you are being underpaid, ask for a raise. Your work should be your
reasoning, not you shiny new placard. Otherwise, if you are trying to
prove yourself, go for it.
But, I would like to make a contribution to the community, here. I
feel I am more of a nuscance on this forum than a help. However, this
is a very open and kind group of people, and I feel allowed to express
myself, even when I am off my rocker. I think if you are trying to
feel accomplished, an MVP is far more gratifying than an MCP.
