how activate Audio Acoustic Management (AAM) on Western Digital 250 GB Sata disk (WD25 00JD-00GBB0)

I've a new Western Digital 250 GB Sata disk (WD25 00JD-00GBB0)

It made some noise, and I want to known if it is possible activate Audio
Acoustic Management (AAM) to reduce noise

I downloaded Data Lifeguard for both Dos and Windows, and found no AAM
option

Any idea where I can found it ?
Pehaps WD disk don't contain AAM...

If you have an Intel-based chipset, you can try the Intel Application
Accelerator. One of it's options allows you to adjust AAM, assuming the
drive even supports it. Not all do.

I've an Asus K8V Se deluxe

This motherboard uses a VIA VT8237 chip to control sata drive. there is
also a Promise 20378 controller
