How a UTC stored date column in a gridview, displays in localtime?

I have a date column in my table storing UTC dates. How can I display these
dates in local time for every user that sees the page from any country in the
world? (that is if UTC date is stored as 4/15/2009 13:25:50, then it should
display 15/4/2009 15:25:50 for a viewer in Greece and 15/4/2009 14:25:50 for
a viewer in Italy).
