You did? Did you read the help file on crosstab queries? Where's the
query SQL that you worked on?

If you really need help now, pay someone. Otherwise, read the help
file, work on it, and post what you tried.

Well, you certainly cannot do so given the information in that table.
You will also need a table of Employees and another table of
EmployeeAssignments, with fields for TaskID and EmployeeID. A Crosstab
query based on all three tables would be the basis for your report.

The Form is COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT. Forms are just windows, tools to
manage data in your Tables; your crosstab query, and your report, will
not involve the Form but will be based on your Tables.

A Form to enter data into these three tables would probably involve a
Form based on the Project table, with a continuous Subform based on
the EmployeeAssignment table with a combo box for the EmployeeID.
Crosstab queries are not updateable, but can be used for reporting.

Unless you explain what you tried, it's impossible for anyone to tell
you what you did wrong.
