"Hotsync.document" error msg

Have a Palm Tungsten-C, running XP Pro. Am trying to
hotsync to a third party (Safeguard Inspections using
Satellite forms). During hotsync operation,
the "hotsync.document" error msg appears. I have to use
task manager to stop the operation because it will
continue forever without actually assessing the info.

So far, no one but me claims to ever have seen this
error. Palm will not assist with third party problems. I
CAN hotsync with my desktop.

Any help would be deeply appreciated.

You should contact this Safeguard Inspections company for tech support.
