hotmail

I have set up outlook to receive and send email from and
to several email addresses. This works fine except for
Hotmail. Hotmail always says server unavailable. I get
a little ballon saying that and that
http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp is now
in offline mode. Why doesn't hotmail work? I have
configured it as http and, unlike my other accounts,
entries were entered automatically when I used tools and
email accounts. Thanks for any help.
