Wait until the load wanes on their server farm so they aren't overly
busy. Or hope that Microsoft eventually gets around to increasing the
size of their server farm. Outlook has no option to ignore mail session
errors so it bitches every time. If, for example, you set your mail
poll interval to 10 minutes, that's 144 mail polls every day (while
Outlook is running). Apparently Microsoft believes that every single
poll is critical and must warn you when just one fails. For the vast
majority of e-mail users, several failed mail polls in a row is
tolerable and preferrable than seeing an nuisancesome prompt.
