Follow up on thread subject "Hotmail". (PA Bear).Date: 4/19/04- Time 5:32
pm. I started that one because I have exactly the same error as you have.
And it is not yet fixed. This Wednesday I will answer his last thread. .

Hi Kuay,

It doesn't seem to be. The reason I don't think so is that on another PC
with XP running, it works no problem. Cookies/Privacy settings all at
minimum when trying to access. Firewall also disabled. This just suddenly
started happening. The only difference that I can tell is that my ISP or
hotmail may have something to do with it??.

In addition, after repeated attempts, say, 10+ tries, I may be able to
retrieve some mail. But, it's usually more than 10 tries. Actually, around
20.
