It doesn't seem to be. The reason I don't think so is that on another PC
with XP running, it works no problem. Cookies/Privacy settings all at
minimum when trying to access. Firewall also disabled. This just suddenly
started happening. The only difference that I can tell is that my ISP or
hotmail may have something to do with it??.
In addition, after repeated attempts, say, 10+ tries, I may be able to
retrieve some mail. But, it's usually more than 10 tries. Actually, around
20.
