I have an old Hotmail account that used to be a HOTMAIL PLUS account, but I
let it lapse last year, and now I want to upgrade it again, but I can not, I
changed the ATM BANK CARD and when I go to upgrade to HOTMAIL PLUS it gives
me an error of 3011 and that states that the account is LOCKED, and it
gives you 2 things to try to solve this issue, it directs you to the
billing at microsoft, and there is where I changed the CHECK CARD to a
VALID one, but I did not see anything in there to unlock the account...

That other note directs you to MSN SUPPORT, but in the HOTMAIL section
there is nothing in there about unlocking the account? Does anyone know how
to get around this?
