Hotmail In Outlook

Every time i try to send or recive with my hotmailaccount
in outlook this error message keeps coming up.


Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Downloading all items.'
reported error (0x800CCCF0) : 'The service is currently
unavailable. Try again later.'

Task 'Hotmail - Sending' reported error
(0x800CCCF0) : 'Unknown Error 0x800CCCF0'

Any help with this would be mostly appreciated
