Hotmail Default in IE6

A few days ago I reinstalled IE6. Since then I haven't
been able to use Hotmail as my default mail client thru
IE. In IE, if I go into File then Send, the "page by
Email" and "Link by Email" is grayed out.

When I go into the Tools then Internet Options menu to
change my e-mail client, I only have one choice, which is
Outlook Express. Even In Word, if I try to send the page
as an attachment, I get an error telling me that there is
no default mail client and that I should set outlook
express as my default.

These were all working b4 I reinstalled. How do I get
Hotmail to be my default email program??

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Using: Windows 2000
SP4

This one works well for XP. Not tried in W2k.

Click Start | Run | Cmd
Goto this folder:
"C:\ProgramFiles\Internet Explorer\
Type "regsvr32 hmmapi.dll" and press Enter
Now, it shd be listed in IE6 Options.
Set Hotmail as default email client

(One of my discoveries as of recent)
