Hotmail account in MS outlook

Can someone please send me a link or explain how i can download my hotmail
account e-mails into MS outlook 2003.

PLEASE NOTE IT IS A HOTMAIL.CO.UK Account

I can do this with my Hotmail.com account but not my brother Hotmail.co.uk
acount.

Only paid Hotmail accounts or those older accounts like yours can be viewed
in Outlook. Hotmail has changed the rules for new accounts. He should use his
browser instead to access Hotmail.
