Hotkey Keyboard- Access Violation

When i click the start button and then turn off computer, i get a window
opening stating "Hotkey Keyboard", access violation at address 004333396.
Read of address FF9F3F80.I then cannot turn off the computer until i click ok
.. This is very annoying and i want rid of it. It seemed to occur at the same
time that i installed microsoft flight simulator 2004. Please help.

Look for some updated drivers for your keyboard or reinstall the ones you
