Hotel Work Order Printing

I have an Excel workbook with 229 work sheets. Each sheet except for the first represents and is renamed with a room number at our hotel. I would like to be able to paste the room numbers of our daily checkouts into the first sheet and then print the worksheet sheets for the room number checking out.

Any advice is appreciated.
