Hot Sync problems using PocketMirror Pro and Treo 680

Are there issues you may have heard of with hotsyncing using a Palm Treo 680
and PocketMirror Pro? When I hotsync at work my Contacts sync up into the
appropriate 15 subfolders but errors continually appear when I then try to
hotsync my Palm to my home computer. The errors say that there are two
categories with the same (case-insensitive) name but they are not. Chapura
says the error is not in their software but possibly in the Palm or my home
PC. Previously hot syncing with a Tungsten E2 was not a problem until it
died. I'm thinking I should just go back to using Outlook Contacts and forego
PocketMirror on both computers and handheld. Really am unsure about where the
problem is and what to do and how to do it. Thanks in advance for your
patience.

Whatever you find out eventually, rest assured that synching is not a native function of Outlook but depends on the synching software and the Phone OS platform - neither of which are Microsoft.
