Can anyone pls help me?

Does anyone know if I can add hot spots to text as well?

As far as I can see you can only do this to pictures.

Does this mean that I need to create the text as a graphic, or is there an
easier way or maybe an add-in that I can use?

just highlight the text, right click and choose Hyperlinks.
