I'd like to do to the ce what you can do in windows hosts table.

192.168.1.5 www.adnsname.com

can someone tell me the registry hack to do on the ce device. I have
a registery editor downloaded to the ce, but can't find the hack. I'm
running an emulator on my xp machine.

can anyone help.

Under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Comm\Tcpip\Hosts create an entry called
"www.adsname.com " and under it a REG_BINARY value ipaddr set to the
ipaddress of your host: C0 A8 01 05

I already tried pocket host, but couldn't get it to run on emulation..
don't know what I was doing wrong.

I tried a bit the registry hack.. but didn't get that going either.

I creaated a folder called hosts, created a reg_binary value with
thedns name as the name and tha mac address of my destination nic as
the REG_BINARY and it's not working. would you be will to help a
little more please.
