hosts file being corrupted in W2000

Despite running MS AntiSpyware - which detected no spyware, and detects no
changes to the C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc\hosts file, the file is being
regularly (every 5-10 minutes) changed to include 8 entries, all pointing to
IP address 67.15.104.33, with domains
ibank.barclays.co.uk
online-business.lloydstsb.co.uk
online.lloydstsb.co.uk
www.halifax-online.co.uk
www.ukpersonal.hsbc.co.uk
www.nwolb.com
banesnet.banesto.es
extranet.banesto.es

Any idea what is happening, and why MS AntiSpyware isn't doing a job??
