<hostname> is not accessible, one way only

Hi!
I have a small network with only 2 computers connected via a switch. My
problem is that 'computer A' can browse 'computer B's folders and
files, but not the other way around.
When I use the explorer from 'computer B' typing the IP in the address
bar I get the error message 'computer A is not accessible' after a
while.

Addititional info:
I can ping both ways, I have no firewall between the machines and they
have the same TCP/IP configuration.
They are in the same workgroup and both machines have the same
user/password.

Can anyone please tell me what to do. Thanks in advance.

Both computers has only checked the setting 'Allow the computer to turn
off this device to save power'.
Computer 'A' has an extra virtual network card used by a 'Symantic
Enterprise VPN client'.

I have noticed that only when computer 'A' is browsing computer 'B',
computer 'B' can also browse computer 'A'.
