Host Service Shuts Down

I have been seeing the message that the host service is shutting down on a
daily and sometimes more than once a day basis. This seems to happen when I
am in email but not exclusively so. My PC is also rebooting itself at that
time. What might be the problem?

I have a Dell Dimension 8400
1 GB memory
3.4 Ghz
Using Vista Ultimate

Maybe it's malware.

You can call MS if the O/S is still in warrantee. The warrantee support is
good for 180 days after the activation of Vista.
