homepage setting in IE 7

Hi

I've just installed IE 7.
Everytime, when I run IE 7, it will automatically go to
http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx.
I have set the homepage to google what I usually use. However, it
won't work.
Why?

Is that the page that asks you 4 questions about settings? If so then
you have to set the settings.

Tools | Internet Options | Security
Make sure scripting is not disabled.

If that doesn't fix it, save the part between the lines below and paste into
Notepad. Save as Runonce.reg

"RunOnceHasShown"=dword:00000001
"RunOnceComplete"=dword:00000001

Right click Runonce.reg and choose Merge.

To change all Windows users at once use
