Homepage forced to default to cnww.net

Hey there.

My IE default homepage is forced to become cnww.net. I
changed it in the Tools\Internet Options\Homepage section.
But after I reboot, my default page shows up as cnww.net
again.. So annoying.. Does anyone know how to fix this?
