Homepage changed, cannot reset

My homepage has been changed and resetting it doesn't work.
It automatically goes to res://mugto.dll/index.html#26512
and a couple of popups appear. I tried uninstalling
explorer to get rid of it but no luck. Any help out there?

You have an adware problem, or perhaps even a virus. Whichever it is, it needs to be removed otherwise your homepage will always revert back to that site.

can plz help me how can i remove the adware form my system
i had the syamantec antivirus package it is not showing
any of the virus in my computer and this antivirus is
updated
