home page redirected

I updated MSN Messenger {Plus.Since then my home page
gets redirected to mysearchnow.com.Even after repeated
attempts to change home page it goes back to the same
thing.I am not able to open certain sites too.I get a
message page cannot be displayed.This only for certain
sites- the rest is OK.Please help
