Home Page keeps Changing

Hi All

I am having a problem with my home page changing
back to a earlier home page I used to have. I have tried
many things to correct this with no success. Some of the
things I have tried would be to edit group policies. I
have also cleaned the registry of any occurrences of this
web page. I have deleted profiles and users to start
scratch. I deleted the default user profile and recreated
it. I disabled "computer configuration settings" and "user
configuration settings" within the local computer policy
properties. Does anyone have any other ideas for me to try?
