home page keeps changing

My home page chanes daily to hot-searches.com. I
discovered the trojan JS/IEStart.gen.d with McAfee and
removed the virus. I also have gone into the registry and
removed the hot-searches start page or any occurance of
hot-searches. Each new day the hot-searches comes back
into the registry and becomes my homepage.
Can anyone help?

I have done the Adware thing and it does not help! The
home page changes back to Hot-Searches each day.
