Every time I boot up and open IE I am sent to a random
search engine page, I reset my settings for MSN.com and
continue browsing.
I power down...next day, same thing. I reset my home page
and browse. I delete cookies and history after ever
session on the internet.
Any ideas how to go into my system and permanently delete
this web page?

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded.

If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
