"home page changes"

Every time I log on to IE I get a home page from "www.safetyuptodate.net"
even though MSN is my normal home page. I try to make MSN my default home
page in the tools tab, but it won't stay. I think it is because a registry
key has been changed. Anyone got an answer for me? Thanks, Shelly
