Home page changes to http://your-search.cc/

I had my home page set at http:/my.msn.ca. About a month ago I was doing
search on google on some subject and clicked on one of the search results
that ended up in changing my home page. I have reset home page several
times using internet options, general, home page without success. Everytime
I reboot my computer, the home page resets to http://your-search.cc/

I would appreciate assistance in rectifying this annoying problem.
