Holidays (appearance and availability)

Hi!

- In large companies it is not possible to change the used office versions
step by
step as published by microsoft (every 2 years).
Because of this circumstance it would be very desirably to increase the
number
of years that the holiday information is provided within the outlook.txt or
outlook.hol file. I think 10 years in the future would be a good value.

- Imported holiday items are shown as free by default. They should be shown as
"out of office" by default and they should have the label "vacation".
They should also be marked as boild and with a color in the monthly
overview
like normal appointments are shows as boild and black.
