Or do you perhaps mean that the black isn't showing as "pure" a black as
you'd like?
Anyway - this isn't an XP problem, whatever the actual problem is. I think
it's an HP one, guessing that your printer is *really* an HP DeskJet 820Cse.
Try their support/forums.
I print a photo and the black turns out, sort of washed out but it does.
No color then I go to the print properties page and click on the color radio
button and print the same damm photo and the color is printed, no black. I
mean it's goofy and could it be a driver problem? I thought if it was that
I wouldn't get any print.
