Is there any reason, condition that would not allow me to print BW and color
together? I can print them separately but not on the same page...

Anyway - this isn't an XP problem, whatever the actual problem is. I think
it's an HP one, guessing that your printer is *really* an HP DeskJet 820Cse.
Try their support/forums.
