Hijacked computer

Hi,

My computer has been hijacked and continually sets the
browser home page to "greatsearch.biz." I've run Spybot,
Adware and HijackThis to no avail. Hijack this, however,
does indicate that the problem lies within the registry.

Any suggestions on how to correct the problem.
