Using Public Folders, Address Book shown in Outlook to specific users only in
certain groups. Two contacts in book one internal, one external. For security
reasons we do not wish the actual e-mail address shown, so users can mail
directly from reading the destination. How do we do simply hide so they can
select but not see details. And on sent messages. have 2003 AD,Exchange 2003,
Outlook via citrix

Individual fields in a public folder can't be hidden. You might want to consider using a contact and distribution list (with hidden members) in AD.

Any DL in AD can be set up with hidden members, and there's nothing that says a DL can't have a single member, if you want to use it to hide a real external email address. The microsoft.public.exchange.admin newsgroup is probably the best place to discuss the details, if you need help with that.
