Hiding Administrative Tools

Does anyone know of it is possible to hide the
Administrative Tools applet from the Control Panel in
Window 2000 Professional?

Administrators, or equivalants, are the only accounts that see the tools in
this folder, so I don't know why you would need to, but I think GPedit will
do this.
