Hide Calendar

I have a CEO in our company and he would like to hide his calendar to anyone
making meeting requests and only allow himself and his secretary to view his
calendar. Is this possible?

We're currently using outlook 2003 with Exchange 5.5.

Thanks,

Andy

If everyone can see the CEO's calendar, then the Exchange admins have
misconfigured his mailbox. By default, no one should be able to see
anyone's folders, unless they specifically grant permission to do so.

Right click his calendar folder and select Properties, then on the Permissions tab, set default to no one.
