Hidden User Account

I've run the Belarc Advisor program and have a PC Profile showing the
contents of the PC.
Under Local System Accounts it shows the Administrator account which
is the only one used. BUT it also shows a disabled account called
SUPPORT_388945a0 which appears not to have been used during my last
two years ownership.

This is not listed in the User Accounts in Control Panel, its not
covered anywhere in Help and Support and I'm worried.
I asked the PC supplier if this was a code used by their techie when
assembling the PC or is it an Unsecured back door entry and should it
be deleted.

Their response says
'The super user is a windows administrator, you can disable this
account but if you have a problem this could be used in safe mode to
enter the system' but that doesnt help or inspire me.

Is it secure, do other PC owners have hidden user accounts like this,
should I delete it and how would I do this if its not listed in the
User Accounts?

It's been a while since I've used XP Home. I knew Home had lusrmgr.msc, but
forgot that it didn't have access. One of the limitations of Home. As is
not seeing SUPPORT_388945a0.

I also re-read you OP. [[a disabled account called SUPPORT_388945a0]]

It's disabled, don't worry about it SUPPORT_388945a0 is a default account.
