Hidden Tables

Emma

Hi I know this question is going to sound retarded but, the hidden tables
from the database I split are not showing up in the backend. Where are they?
How do I show them or make them unhidden so I can edit them in the backend?

Select Tools/Options... from the main menu. On the View tab there is a Show
group with a checkbox for Hidden Objects

if you really want to be able to edit tables-- whenever you want--
without the BS-- then you should upsize to 'Access Data Projects'

It's not retarded.  We've all been there.

Open the backend db, then Tools > Options > View.  Click on hidden objects to
mark it:

[X] Show hidden objects.

Click ok.

Emma,

To make the tables show go to Tools... Options... and View... then place a
checkmark in the box next to Hidden Objects.

Please pardon Aaron, he'd rather tell you about SQL Server then help you
with your question.

because SQL Server 'just works' and Jet isn't stable enough for a
single record and a single user
