To display hidden folders, in Explorer go to Tools | Folder Options, then
the View tab. Scroll down until you see "Show Hidden Files & Folders".
Check it and OK out. You may need to refresh or reopen Explorer but then
you should see all the hidden stuff also. Find that folder you mentioned,
right click & change Property, and uncheck the hidden checkbox.

To View your hidden folder ... In Windows Explorer ... Select: Tools folder
Folder Options > View Folder > Under Advance Settings Select: Show Hidden
Folders and Files under Hidden Files and Folders ... then Apply & OK...

To UnDo the Hidden Folder ... Once the folder is visible ... RightClick the
folder & select Properties ... then UnCheck the Hidden Box > Apply & OK...

Then you will want to ReApply the first step to ReHide Hidden Folders and
Files to prevent you from accidentally deleting folders and files that
should generally be hidden from users view as Microsoft intended them to be
hidden for that purpose...

Enjoy!
