Hidden folder

Montgomery Hounchell

Norton's Anti virus program has told me I have a virus in a directory
which I can't find. I believe it is a "hidden" folder.

Can someone tell me how I might find this Hidden folder?
I need to get in there to delete the file.

Hi,

Go to: Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/View/Show Hidden File and
Uncheck Hide Protected Operating System Files.

Then go to: C:\System Volume Information

But the way to fix your problem is to create a restore point and then use
the Disk Cleanup advanced tab to delete all but the last restore point. The
virus will be gone, if your virus checker already deleted it from your
system.
