Hidden apps connecting to Internet

We have 3 applications, WNSCPSV.exe, lgmg4n.exe and Teao.exe that our firewall says is trying to access the WEB every time we signon to our XP account. Is this a problem? What are the apps doing?

The WNSCPSV.exe seems to be spyware but I can't find any info on the other
two.

ubut atleast u now that whether or not its a spyware or a trojan
