Hibernation..

It is known to all that in Stand by mode.. Every thing except RAM turns off.
So In this a kepboard or mouse activates system again.

Where as in Hiberbate mode Every thing including RAM gets saved to the Hard
Disk. And the system Shuts Down.

My question is When the system is restarted in hibernate mode.. What happens
to the Saved content. Will the system erases all the saved content it saved
in the process. If not where it is stored. Can be deleted manually.

Standby retains the contents of memory in RAM instead of saving it, allowing
for very fast restoration by a quick press of the power key, pressing a key,
or moving the mouse. Hibernation saves the contents of memory to the hard
drive and performs a system shutdown. Upon reboot, the system is restored
to its state at the moment of hibernation.

C:\hiberfil.sys is the hidden, system file, I don't know if it can be
deleted in Windows. Maybe switching off the ability to hibernate removes it?

That's correct. That's how you remove it.
