Hex to Dec conversion formula for Excel...

I am looking for a formula to convert Hex to Dec within
Excel. Any suggestions?

Hi Jay
try the HEX2DEC function (you may have to install the Analysis Toolpak
Add-in for this)

Hi Frank,

This sounds like what I am looking for. Do I need to get
the toolpak off my Office install disk or is is
downloaded form microsoft?

Just hit Tools / Addins and check that option - Have the install media to hand
just in case.

AFAIK you'll need the installation disks (but maybe you already have it
installed)
