Hewlett Packard S20: Can't Calibrate

I am having the time of my life trying to get my HP S20 to calibrate. I hit
every button perfectly, but it doesn't seem to want to "suck in" the card
(white paper etc) to calibrate and I keep having to cancel. NOTHING seems to
fix this.

Nothing on HP's site or archived Google seems to say anything.

Tips?

Never mind, so sorry to bother you guys.

I tried it again and somehow I sucked the card in as it was supposed to.
Guess you just have to get the right "feel" of it to get it to take.
