HELP

I think I have downloaded some spyware I can't get rid
off. Everytime I go to a web page a pop appears and says
I have spyware. I have ran adware and spyware numerous
times and I still get the same message. Now when I go to
some internet site, I click on the homepage and everything
is fine but when I click on a link inside of that page it
directs me to some type of porn site. And to make matters
worse, now I get two error messages when I start my
computer. These messages are 3dmouse.exe and osd.exe. If
anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
